Glute Boost Tip of The Week

Coach B is on a mission... Operation: GLUTE BOOST :) I am developing a program to help build muscle in lower body, increase strength of core, and grow those GLUTES!! Specifically, these workouts are designed to do anywhere, with minimal equipment. The world is our gym!

Here we demonstrate two exercises that engage & strengthen core, legs, and glutes muscle groups simultaneously. 

- Side Step Squats
- Curtsy Lunges
