Based on the theory of Nature Therapy, join us for a day of self love/self care in Mt Shasta, California. Unplug from the daily hustle and bustle of life with waterfall meditation, grounding yoga, guided nature walk, natural spring, and second 129-ft waterfall. We offer transportation to and from Mt. Shasta for a relaxing day of grounding and finding balance. Snacks and lunch will be offered. Transportation will be offered with a pick-up and drop-off in Sacramento.



Retreat Itinerary:



*6a- 6:30a: Sacramento Pick-up (transport to Mt. Shasta)

*9:30a- 10:30a: Waterfall Meditation @ Hedgecreek Falls

*10:45a- 11:30: Grounding Yoga @ Mt Shasta City Park

*11:30a- 12:30p: LUNCH

*12:30p- 1:30p: Guided Nature Walk to Headwaters Spring

*1:45p-2:45p: Travel to Burney Falls (2nd Waterfall)

*3p- 4:30p: Explore Burney Falls

*4:30p-5p: Wrap-up & Distribution of Self Love/Self Care Kits

*5p- 8:30p: Sacramento Drop-off (return to Sacramento)

$99: Day Pass- access to all activities and transportation from Sacramento
