Teen/Youth  Wellness  Structural  History:

April 2016 Coach B moved to California and
immediately began work with Ms. Cynthia Phillips, owner and founder of 2B Successful Youth Non-Profit Organization. Coach B began tutoring and mentoring underserved youth in the Fairfield area, ranging from K- 12th grade, as well as GED candidates. Through Veteran organization, The Mission Continues, Coach B was granted the opportunity to deploy her services for stateside missions in the community.
Coach B previously served eight years in the US Air Force in the medical field as a Respiratory Therapist trained to treat, assess, and manage cardiology and pulmonary disease and illness. As a Veteran, Wellness Coach, and advocate for our youth, Coach B has served 100+ underserved youth from Georgia to Florida between 2015-2017 with multiple non-profit organizations through mentorship, tutoring, and workshop facilitation.
Ms. Cynthia Phillips provided key mentorship through her constant grind to follow her vision to relentlessly uplift the youth of the next generation with academic enrichment and life skills to combat environmental stressors and poverty through 2B Successful Youth. Through multiple opportunities to attend and get involved in community events and engagement, Ms. Phillips’ work helped to mold the vision for WildPhlower Wellness.
The vision for WildPhlower to contribute to our youth and society in a way that is as fearless as the mission for 2B Successful Youth was birthed. Through this burning desire to bring forth a foundation for health and well-being, Coach B set out to bring awareness and education of wellness to the forefront. WildPhlower’s passion and purpose is providing underserved youth with a foundation of well-being to improve cognitive and behavioral functioning.
