Self Love/Self Care (SLSC) Coaching Services:
*SLSC Tune Up
45-minute coaching session, where Coach B creates a safe space for individuals to process overwhelming thoughts & feelings to provide encouragement and coping strategies to obtain better life balance.

*SLSC Monthly Package
(4-5) 45-minute weekly coaching sessions, 2 interactive wellness class passes, as well as The Breaks: Wellness & Personal Development Program workbook.

*SLSC Coaching Package
Over 12 sessions, we:
